I have a mild obsession with film poster painting style from the 1960s and 1970s, but never really thought to try it myself. I chose Francois Truffaut's Fahrenheit 451 because I happened to be listening to Bernard Herrmann's score.
I'm quite pleased with the result, though I'm guessing it took me way longer to do than the commercial artists of the day. It could become a new hobby (or maybe I could even take commissions!)
